(NEWSER) – A bunch of Tennessee teenagers were busily TPing their principal's house when a 15-year-old boy among them got shot—and it wasn't even the principal who pulled the trigger. Police say a neighbor, 65-year-old Dale Bryant Farris, fired at least two shots from his 20-gauge shotgun during the Oct. 20 incident. The teen is recovering, and Farris is facing charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment, the Chattanooga Times Free Press reports. He's been released on a $125,000 bond. "The problem is they were not on his [Farris'] property and they were not doing anything to his property," says a sheriff's office spokesman.
